Let's get started....
You take 2 cups of milk and put it in a saucepan with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Add in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa.
Stir it over medium heat.
You're going to need to really...stir...this sucker. A lot. I recommend a whisk. But, if you have misplaced yours like I did, use a fork. And stir, stir, stir.
Make sure you get all the lumps out, and heat it through. Until it's the perfect drinking temperature.
Remove it from the heat, and add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, or go crazy and use peppermint extract. Whatever your preference, I won't judge! Then use a ladle to put it in some mugs, or cups, or just drink it straight from the pot.
Then dollop some whipped cream on top, a little or a lot. You don't have to be fancy about it. It's still going to be good...rich...creamy hot chocolate.
Mmmmmm....Enjoy!
